visual button does not work

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

With all other plugins deactivated the Siteorigin CSS plugin Visual button does not work in Chrome and Firefox. Also it is the only page of all the pages in WordPress that shows 6 faults after clicking on Ctrl-Shift-K.

I also deleted all cookies and other stuff from Firefox. Had no result.

    Hi Nico

    Thanks for reaching out.

When you have a moment, please, could you extend the plugin conflict test you did as follows:

    * Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin.
    * Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen.

Does the issue persist in this state?

I’m not aware of any issues with GeneratePress but, if possible, it would helpful to run the above test as it’s quite quick.

If the above isn’t helpful, please, try deleting and re-installing SiteOrigin CSS, any change after doing so?
