Vimeo Video embeds

Hi,

I’m trying to embed a video from Vimeo and I cannot figure out what is going on.

If I use this code it works fine:

https://vimeo.com/154947774

But if I use this code it doesn’t work, and just displays the link on the front-end:

<p style="text-align: center; margin: auto">https://vimeo.com/154947774

Can anyone explain why the second doesn’t work?
