View Bug on Ios devices Safari

Hello,
There is a bug on the IOS views – specially on Mac Safari, the browser which is installed as usual browser on (mobile) IOS devices.
The sites with iframes SCROLLS automatically to the iframe part of the site, see:

This is not acceptable on a mobile view of an iphone or other IOS mobile device.

Do you have any idea? Would you be so nice to help me to resolve the problem?
