Vantage & UberMenu

Hi,

I’m pretty new to wordpress but have Vantage installed and want to use the UberMenu plugin as well. I’ve got it installed and also found the child theme that is posted on the forum and installed that.

I have both menus working at the moment, I’m just not sure how to remove the default menu and prevent it from showing ?

    Hi Michael,

    If you only wish to display the header menu, disable the main menu by selecting “Empty Menu” under the masthead menu setting. This will display a blank main menu. You can change the menu background color to match your header. https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/getting-started/selecting-your-menu-layout/

    it removes both menus, so believe its half way there, just need to get the UberMenu back ?

    Undo the change so that both menus appear again and I will look at your site to see if I can give you CSS customization.

    Hi Michael

    What version of Vantage are you running? We added support for Uber Menu in version 2.3.

    Hi Greg,

    I have 1.2.3 installed. I kinda have it working but if I put the logo in the menu, it goes out of whack completely.

    Hi Michael

    With that version number, it appears you're still using an older version of
    Vantage, which doesn't support Uber Menu. If you upgrade to the latest version of Vantage Premium, you'll be able to use it.

    Just navigate to Appearance > Premium Upgrade. Click "Already Paid", then enter your order number and follow the steps to upgrade.
