Vantage Theme – Visual Style Button

HI there,

The website I’m working on uses the Vantage Theme.

I’m adding some text on the ‘Home’ page, and in a tutorial I was watching you are able to use the “Visual Style Button” to create bottom and top boarders. It looks like the visual style button was removed and now it’s within the text boxes, but I don’t see an option for top or bottom boarders. (ONLY for boarders that go around the widget) Also, I would like the boarder to stretch out the complete width of the page.

Lastly, I’m going to do my best to explain this…. I want to have maybe one rows background be completely blue, but when I put for instance a blue background it only cover the ‘widgets’ area it wont span across the entire page…

Hope to hear from someone soon!

Thanks in advance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Courtney

Sorry for the late reply here. There are a few differences between Page Builder 2 and Page Builder 1 (which is the version that had the visual styles button). In Page Builder 2, you can access everything in the row edit dialog.

    Page: Styling a Page

Here are the steps for creating a full width blue background.

    1. Click on the little spanner icon for a row to get into the row editing dialog.
    2. On the right, you’ll see “Row Styles” heading and under that a “Theme” section. Open that section and set your background color.
    3. In the “Layout” section of Row Styles, change “Row Layout” to “Full Width”
