Vantage Theme – Video Widget won’t play

I have the Vantage Pro Theme.
I use the video widget to play my video which I have stored in the media library. (I also tested on a youtube video and get the same results)
it shows the video on the page and the play button, but nothing happens when i press play.
I already checked that the video in the library is good. It plays if I put the location directly into the URL bar.

I also don’t know where to find my premium order number.

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    Your order number can be found under Settings > General, right at the bottom.

    Please try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and then re-test the issue. It’s possible there is a plugin conflict causing this hassle.
