Vantage theme Unable to add new Plugins

I am busy building my new website. I am unable to add a new plugin- cant seem to find the “add New” plugin link – does not show in my contol panel under plugins. Please let me know if this is a premium feature or how /where do I fix this? I have already the” page builder” plugin and it is working great, I Love it! Please advise. my website is at http://chemicalcleaningproducts.co.za

    Hi Ben

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    Plugins should be acting independently of Vantage as they are part of the WordPress core. This is what you should see when you click on Plugins in your left column WordPress menu:

    If you don’t see that then you might be running a multi-site installation. In that case you need to add plugins via My Sites > Network Admin > Plugins. My Sites will be in the top left corner of your administration page, only if you have a multi-site installation.
