Vantage Theme Menu Problem

Hi I have set my menu up through Appearance/Menu as 7 main headings and 4 sub headings, everything works fine on the backend but when I view them on mobile or IE the menus are different, not they show as 11 separate menu items and a few extra for pages I deleted? Anyone had this and know how I can fix it? Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
