Vantage Theme – menu position –> Overlaps Context

First of all thank you for all the material support posted it has been helpful for initial Vantage Theme users.

I saw the tutorial related One Page Design (https://siteorigin.com/one-page-websites-page-builder/) but I could not find the Menu position to select “Overlap Context”. where specifically it is located at Vantage Theme.
