Hello,

After quite a bit of research, I discovered SiteOrigin and its Vantage theme and Page Builder plug-in. I currently have WooThemes Mystile theme and WooCommerce plug-in installed. I downloaded the Vantage theme, but when I try to preview what my site will look like with Live Preview, there is nothing there but a blank screen. Please, advise. I am using the static front page option rather than the blog one. Thank you for your help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Sadie

    Thanks for your interest.

Live Preview from Appearance > Themes makes use of the WordPress Customizer. If that’s showing Vantage as a blank page there is a chance you have a plugin conflict. To resolve you’d need to try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-testing. If the issue is resolved you’d then need to re-activate your plugins one at a time while checking the problem.

However if you just want to preview Vantage it would be easiest to use a Maintenance Mode plugin: http://sw-guide.de/wordpress/plugins/maintenance-mode/, take your site offline and test the theme privately.

Thank you Andrew, I will try the plug-in that you suggest. I was just concerned because none of the other ten or so themes that I have in inactive mode had this problem when I tried them in Live Preview (wanted to see if Vantage was the only one not showing). Thank you again.

    Hi,

I am having the same blank home page issue, despite having disabled all plugins except SiteOrigin’s ones, as you suggested. All the texts are found when I viewed the source code page with Inspect Elements in Google Chrome.

Would you please help me to take a look at http://goo.gl/cqxz43?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thank you in advance.

Has there been any update on this?

When customizing my site to make a SiteOrigin page the front page, it appears blank. IT seems like the WooCommerce plugin is the issue. Are there any work arounds?
