Vantage Theme _ Post background and Music question

I recently purchased the Vantage Theme and am a first time WordPress user. My questions are these;

1) When I do post’s can I set up different backgrounds for different categories? or even individual posts?

2) I added a widget (Soundy background music) for my posts. The issue I have is that I embedded my youtube videos in my post and the music continues to play when the youtube video plays. Is there a way to make the background music pause automatically when youtube plays ?

    Apologies for the delay here. To answer your questions.

    1) Unfortunately this isn’t possible. I can think of ways it might be possible with some coding. Do you have any PHP coding experience? If you do, I could point you in the right direction.

    2) For this, the best people to contact would be the developers of that plugin. It’s difficult for us to make suggestions for plugins we didn’t create, but they might have encountered this before.
