Hi everyone,
I’ve installed Vantage Pro Theme on locally on my laptop with MAMP.
Looks like when I want to had a logo, the description, it doesn’t save the new setting. It stays as default.
Same problem for the others theme settings (Layout, Home, Navigation, Blog, Social etc..)

Do you have a solution for that?

Thank you for yout time

    Hi kunieree

So to confirm, Appearance > Theme Settings is not saving? If so, please:

    1. Ensure no updates are pending under Dashboard > Updates.

    2. De-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test.

As I search before on the different forum before I post my thread,
    but still not working.
Maybe it’s a problem related to the fact that I’m installed locally?

Thank you anyway for your help,

English is fine, no worries there.

Please can you confirm for me. Did you de-activate all of your plugins and re-test the problem?

    Hi Andrew,

Yes I confirm that I have de-activated all of my plugins and re-tested the problem but it was still there.
I’ll go through the link you gave me and will let you know.

    Thank you

I have deactivated tested reactivated the plugins one by one but the Vantage Premium Theme Settings are still not saving my modifications.

Still don’t know how to fix it,

    :(

When I unzipped the folder “Vantage Pro”, I modified the name of the folder “vantage” to “vantage pro” to put it in the themes directories of my wordpress folder. Maybe that is the issue

Yes, I finally found the problem. :)

When I bought “Vantage Pro”, I decompressed it and placed it in the folder “wp-content/themes”. It has the same name then as the free version one. So, I renamed it.
To solve the problem, I put back the name to the initial and I moved the folder of “Vantage free” to another place.

    Probleme is solved.

Sorry for the expression and explanation but my english is a bit incorrect sometimes :)
    Thank you for your support,

    Kunieree
