I ordered Vantage Premium earlier tonight and when i click to update, it says that I’ve updated to the latest version yet my theme is still displayed as “Vantage” and not “Vantage Premium” and therefore it won’t allow me to use any of the upgrades that Vantage Premium allows because of this.
I tried to download the zip file instead but when I click on the download link it leads me to a URL that has the error message: a:1:{s:5:”valid”;b:0;}
This is the URL the download link leads me to.

I tried deactivating all plugins and then updating, but this doesn’t work. Please tell me what I can do to solve this issue and continue building the site under Vantage Premium. Thanks in advance.
Same problem here – purchased, recived the order-number and update not possible and I can not use the premium-features on our non-profit-page http://spinawissen.de
For me, the download-link works but takes time to start the download. I followed all the necessary steps (uninstalling Vantage after activating another theme), but installing the version manually also didn’t bring me the premium features.

Very sorry about this. From the looks of things, there’s a temporary issue with our order servers. I’m going to give this a little bit of time to resolve, then I’ll contact the service that handles our order processing to see if they can fix the issue.
It just went through! I just continually kept copy and pasting my order number to see if would go through and it finally did. Thanks all, have a great weekend.

OK, just now the update seems to get through but installing it i get the following message:
Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
The first sentence means the package could not be installed

If I try to upgrade from the Vantage Premium panel in Appearence, after I enter the order no. it says that made the upgrade but then it shows the normal Vantage theme, with again the possibility to upgrade.
I just paid and same problem…it won’t accept my code and the link you sent for the zip file doesn’t work! Thanks!

Sorry about these issues, the service we use to handle our orders is having intermitted issues which is preventing our servers from validating order numbers. The issue has been coming and going for the last few hours, I’m hoping they get everything fixed soon.
