Vantage Premium ver 2.2.3

Hello,
I am having issues with Page Builder ver 1.5.4 when I updated my Vantage Premium theme to ver 2.2.3. I cannot access my website and I cannot access my pages. I have to deactivate the plugin for my website to run but in turn my pages are not formatted properly. Please help.

    Hi Ron

    Sorry to hear about this problem. Please try the following:

    1. Run all pending updates available at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins, activate Page Builder and see if there are any problems. If everything is running correctly then a plugin conflict is to blame. In that case, activate each plugin one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Hello Andrew,
    I have completed the task as you have asked and the site works without any plugins activated, if I only activate Page Builder ver 1.5.4 I encounter the issue.. I deactivated Page Builder ver 1.5.4 and run all the other plugins without any issue. I have confirmed it is Page Builder ver 1.5.4 causing the issue.

    Hello Andrew,
    I was able to get my website back to the original state by doing the following:
    1. Deactivate all plugins;
    2. delete Page Builder ver 1.5.4;
    3. Reinstall Page Builder ver 1.5.4;
    4. Update each page,
    Note: All of of the update were done, hence causing the initial issue.
    It will be nice to find out what caused the issue so it can be avoided for the next updates.

    Really sorry to hear about this and am glad you were able to resolve. It’s unfortunately really hard to say what happened there. We’d love to know too. Perhaps run the next theme/Page Builder updates when they come out. If you run into any problems again I can login and take a look right away. Page Builder 2.0 will launch later this month: https://siteorigin.com/blog/. That’ll be before another Vantage release.
