Vantage Premium: Unable to launch the Customize link in the Appearance menu

Hi,
When I attempt to launch the Customize link in the Appearance menu it only loads a blank page. How do I get to this link? The rest of the links work in the menu except this one. It used to work, but for some reason it doesn’t any longer. Also, when I attempt to launch the Customize link from the Vantage theme in the Manage Themes section, I get the same blank page. This happens with any browser I use. What can I do to fix this issue?

    Please try:

    1. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.

    2. De-activate all plugins and re-test. https://siteorigin.com/troubleshooting/identifying-plugin-conflicts/.

    3. Test with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen.
