vantage premium logo size in the header

Hi, I would like to know how can I enlarge my logo on the left of my menu (http://lavieenrosehome.com/index.php/fr/accueil/)?
My header is 99px , my logo is 148*59px (with margins ?).

How can I Do to enlarge my logo to 99px (with margins) ?
I have done some research on your forum but all the things I tried failed.

(And also, how can I “”justify right”” my menu ? In order to push it on the right, and my logo bigger on the left.)
