    Thanks for reaching out.

    The premium license is valid for a single production website. For the time being, we offer a developer license for $50. If you’re upgrading for the first time, upgrade for $50 and your license will be developer ready. If you’ve purchased before and would like to change to a developer license by paying the difference, please, email us on Private Snippet.

    Hi,
    I am trying to upgrade to developer but the system won’t refund me the single $29 I just paid.
    Can some one help,

      Hi Greg

      First of all, thanks for upgrading your license! Our system should only charge you the difference between the 2 license prices when you upgrade. So Single to Developer should be $99 – $29 = $70. Is this not the case for you? Either way, as a premium user, if you need any help or support you can email [email protected].
