Vantage Premium – Customize Header Padding Not Working

I have changed the header padding (in customize section) — reducing space (also on menu); I see the change in the customize window but not in my browser.

I just noticed that after I hit Save & Publish and the hit refresh, the original # is reset. It’s not “sticking”

Can you check which version of Vantage you’re running. This sounds like an issue we were having in an older version.

If you upgrade to version 2.3.3, it should fix the issue. You can download a copy of the latest version through your original order email. If you don't have that anymore, then you can use Page: Retrieve Your Theme Order Numbers
