Vantage Premium and Cheatin’ uh?

Just upgraded so I can change the colours of the circles and it won’t let me – it either tells me I am cheating or
shows

Does anyone else find that you have to log back in every 30 secons when customiseing a theme (not a Vantage issue – a WordPress one) ?

    Hi Stephen

    I’m having problems accessing your site, most likely on my side though. Can you please check for me that no updates are pending under Dashboard > Updates. Is WordPress on version 4.0?

    Thanks. Next can you please try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test.

    If the issue resolves then re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    That worked – but I only had Jetpack and Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions on the site!

    Many thanks – I should have tried that first!

    If you have any influence with WP, asked them to increase the log out time in the theme editor section to more than 5 seconds. It drives me nuts!!

    Super, really glad to hear that helped.

    When you say five seconds are you exaggerating? That could be a separate problem.

    (Please remember that any edits made to theme files will be lost during theme updates. Appearance > Custom CSS can be used for CSS edits. A child theme should be used for other code edits).

    It might be 6 or 7 seconds – and it is not just on one site!
    It is not an issue with your theme, I suspect.

    Not into custom CSS yet, but I understand the issue.
