Hello

i bought vantage premium about 1 year ago and also a other theme but somhow they are not in my login Dashbord.
Is that because you changed your system?

    Hi Bichsel,

    Unfortunately, the SiteOrigin Dashboard isn’t set up to handle previous theme purchases at this time. Instead, we offer this this form which will email you a list of your theme purchases and a download link.

    Please note that Vantage Premium must be installed manually these days. To install it, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and if Vantage is installed, change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add NewUpload Theme and upload/activate Vantage Premium. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsPremium and input your premium code.

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
