Thanks for your interest.
Your Vantage Premium license is valid for a single production website. That includes different language versions of that site. There is no problem using the Vantage Premium license as you’ve described.

It just show the titles, on my posts I choose Image of FORMAT .

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

Unfortunately, the problem is RTL. The images are there, they are just displayed off to the side of the viewport. If you have the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle installed you could try inserting a SiteOrigin Carousel widget and see if that performs any better in the RTL environment.
I have it, and It’s alreday activated, but as you see it does not work.
What should I do?
Confirmed, it works well. If you don’t have it installed, go to Plugins > Add New and install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Go to your home page and replace the current Carousel widget with the SiteOrigin Post Carousel widget.
I checked them again, they are in latest version and activated.
Put another way:
1. Go to your home page and delete the Post Loop widget.
2. In the same row that the Post Loop widget was previously inserted in, click Add Widget and search for the SiteOrigin Post Carousel widget. Insert it.

Sure :) Please, remember, don’t edit any Vantage theme files directly, those changes would be overwritten if we ever released an update for Vantage and you ran the update.
The easiest is to use WordPress SEO: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/. The plugin provides an easy field to add your verification code.
Can you please guide me how to create ADS area above LATEST POSTS PICTURES?

Sure. On your home page you can use Page Builder to insert a new row and drag that row above your latest posts and then insert a Text widget, SiteOrigin Editor or another widget of your choosing. If you need a hand inserting a new row and positioning it, please, see our Page Builder documentation:

With free our premium, you probably want to start by choosing to go with a boxed our full-width layout. That setting is the Layout Bound setting at AppearanceTheme Settings.
