Hi Support

Front / Home Page / Templates

I choose to “edit as page” so that I can select default template.
(The free version has no option for default but a right sidebar).

I noticed an annoying bug.
There are two links to edit the “Home Page”.
From the front page view, if I choose to “edit Home Page”.
From dashboard / Appearance / Home Page.

They bring me to the page builder editor, with “Custom Home Page” set to ON.
I can then click “Edit As Page” to undo the switch.
If I simply edit and save, it saves the page to “Home Page” template.

Would it be possible for your software to remember the toggle setting for those links?

    Hi Jason

    Thanks for reaching out and reporting this. Yes, at the moment if you’re running a page template other than Page Builder Home you will need to edit your home page at Pages > Home and not Appearance > Home Page to avoid the template being changed back on Save. I’ll log a bug report for this now.
