My images in the meta slider are blurred. I have cropped the image and set the pixels to 1080 x 420 based on documentation I read. I have tried changing pixels but nothing seems to help. I cannot find instructions on what size image needs to be. Help please.
Hi Nancy
Thanks for running Vantage. It sounds like you’ve found it already but in case not our home page slider tutorial is here: https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/slider/. You might consider turning off the 100% width feature under Appearance > Theme Settings > Home. Or, if you leave your slider being stretched, you might consider using the layering method we describe at the above tutorial link, placing your text on a separate layer.
A final option goes as follows:
1. Insert the following under Appearance > Custom CSS for Vantage Premium or your own Custom CSS module like Jetpack Custom CSS with Vantage Free:
2. Turn off the Stretch Slider setting found at Appearance > Theme Settings > Home.
3. Go to Meta Slider, under Advanced use their 100% width setting and then make use of their cropping settings like Smart or None.
