Vantage – Menu at the very top of the page

Hi guys.

I’m using the Vantage Theme and was wondering if there was any way to add a topmenu, secondary to the primary menu.

My page is using the plugin WPML and I would like an option to put the choosing of languages in a menu at the top.

Hope anyone knows a way, without it disappearing when the theme updates.
