Vantage – masthead.php

hi, in parts/masthead.php, there’s this bit of code, I’ve tried to copy/paste it here but I can’t see it—and am guessing you can’t either. It’s basically the div called ‘header-sidebar’.

It ultimately produces html that has style attributes for padding-top and padding-bottom as part of the div id tag. I’m trying to figure out where that bit of code is parsed, it’s not in functions.php (that I can tell)…any idea?
