Vantage Colours of menus text no longer providing me those options

I am going to Appearance and customize and I get no options to change colours or text. Why is this not working?

Thanks for running Vantage.
Apologies for the documentation confusion. The extended Customizer is part of Vantage Premium. You can review this offering at Appearance > Vantage Premium.
