Hi,
first of all thank you for the Page Builder plugin!
I’ve tried to use the Widget Layout Builder in a one column of the footer, I’ve made one row with 2 colums and added SiteOrigin Editor and SiteOrigin Image widgets. Unfortunately, when I try to edit the both widgets, they don’t work and the following information is shown on the screen:
“This widget has scripts and styles that need to be loaded before you can use it. Please save and reload your current page.
You will only need to do this once.”
What do you mean with “save and reload your current page”? Could you explain me, what should I do?
Thank you in advance for your help!
The problem exists only in a footer. On every page all wigets are working very good.
Regards,
Tomek
P.S. I use WordPress 4.3.1 and a free Virtue theme.
Hi Tomek
That just means you need to refresh the widgets interface with your browser. If you’re still getting that message after you refresh the page, then this might be a plugin conflict issue.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Hi Greg,
Thank you for you answer. I'll try this.
