Sorry to hear about the hassle you’re facing. I’d imagine you’d need to try trace this down to it’s source. Our plugins and theme’s are used in conjunction with the WordPress content management system so there aren’t any passwords to speak of from our side.
Have you perhaps looked at it from this angle?
