Use square featured image on blog page

If you see the blog http://whoisrishi.com

This image is a rectangle

While the original is a square

The girl’s head is getting chopped. How do I fix it so that the Blog page uses the square image instead of the other image?

    Hello, Rishi Gangoly.

If you notice, the pictures are cut centrally and vertically. If the head of the character in the picture is further up, the system will not understand this.

Also gives to note that in your image view model, it seems that does not display all the same size. This could be resolved in funtcions.php file. But I need to know if you are using it in their own theme or a plugin to helper.

However, to solve the problem as to show the face of the person in the picture, I have good news for you. There is a plugin that addresses this issue:
Plugin: My eyes are up herehttps://wordpress.org/plugins/my-eyes-are-up-here/

If you need to regenerate your thumbnails, install the following plugin:
    Plugin: Regenerate Thumbnails https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Try and then tell us if managed successfully.
