Upload- wrong file name- no logo on tab

Hello Site Origin,

I have this problem, perhaps you can help or point me in the right direction.

I am using a plugin to upload files so that the path does not show it is a wordpress site.

Now the plugin works well and the path name does exactly what I want EXPECT; once the file is open on the internet this happens:

1. The wrong file name shows
2. The website logo disappears.
