Upgrading to SnapShot Plus Theme Failes: style.css missing

Hi,

When trying to install the SnapShot Plus Theme (by uploading it from within WP), it keeps failing:
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Anything I’m doing wrong here?
