Upgrading my Theme template is not possible

I wanted to change my Template to the Vantage template and wanted to “get additional customization” – in other words upgrade it to the premium version. Every time I tried that the answer was:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Although I am signed up as admin. Who can help me? How do I solve this?

    Which page are you trying to view when you’re getting that error?

    I’m in the Live preview section of the Vantage theme and when I click on “Get additional customization” I get that error and don’t know how to solve it or get past it because I like the theme but I want to customize it a bit more before I take it…

    Thanks for your interest.

    The expanded Customizer section is part of Vantage Premium. If you’d like to check out the premium theme offering please head over to Appearance > Premium Upgrade.

    If you’ve already upgraded head to Appearance > Premium Upgrade and click Already Paid? top right and insert your order number (emailed to you) in the field provided.
