    There are a few things that can cause slow site speeds. Sometimes it can be related to hosting or your own internet connection. These issues resolve themselves in a few days or even hours. I had a quick look at your site now and it seems to be running quite fast for me.

    If you’re still having problems, here are a few things you can try checking.

    1) Temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen to see if the issue persists. This will help us diagnose if the issue is related to Vantage.
    2) Try disabling all plugins and see if this fixes the issue. This will help us diagnose if a plugin is causing the issue.

    Please let us know if this gets you anywhere.

    All seems to be working better now, must've just been a temporary hosting issue I think,
