Updating Theme

Little new to wordpress. I would like to update my vantage premium from you guys. I have backed up all my files using Updraft. After I update the theme, should I go to my updraft settings and click restore? Will this set all the content back to how it was before updating?

    Providing you have not made any changes to the core theme files then you will not lose any content when updating.

    If you have made changes then you will lose these and they will not be recovered from a content backup.
