Updates Broke Layout

I have the Vantage Premium theme along with Vantage child. I am using page builder as well as MetaSlider.

In Appearance > Theme Settings > Home – I have the home page slider set to none
In Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout – I have Layout Bound set to Full Width
In Appearance > Home Page – The first row is a single column that is using the Meta Slider widget. On this row itself, in Row Styles, I have the Row Layout set to Standard.
In the Meta Slider widget settings I created a widget named Updated. The settings for this slider is 1100px wide and 300px height.

My problem is, with this setup, I used to have a full page site where the menu bar went from side to side depending on screen size. This also eliminated the need for a background image or color. My main slider was the same width as my site tabs as well as the body of the page. This also gives me the ability to stretch other rows across the screen if I so desire without stretching them all.

After the recent update, my slider no longer abides by width rules. It blows up way past screen size and zooms in something terrible.

I have another Row near the end of the page that has 2 columns. I am using a Vantage headline widget on the left side and a SiteOrigin Image widget on the right side. This row too has blown out in size and is ignoring the Standard choice in the Row Layout option in Row Styles.

If I go to In Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout – and choose Boxed in the Layout Bound option, it pulls the faulting rows back into the proper sizes, but that’s not how I like it.

I have another row with a single widget using a Vantage headline. This Row is set to Full Width. Oddly enough, no matter which option is chosen in In Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout , this row goes all the way across regardless.

How can I get my rows to act as they are set? This has not been an issue until I updated today.
