Update causing issues with website on mobile devices.

Hi, first post on here and really need some help.

I’ve just installed the last site origin page builder update. Normally my website looks identical on a desktop and on a mobile device. Now, the website looks exactly the same on a desktop, from a computer/laptop as it previously did before updating page builder, but when viewed on a mobile device, the link buttons on the website are now out of position, making the website look horrible on a handheld device. Wish I’d not done the update now.

Can anyone help me with this please?

Thanks.

Paul.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Paul

It seems like this might be an issue with the new tablet layout we introduced. Do you have a public URL I can take a look at?

One option you have to disable this is to navigate to Settings > Page Builder in your WordPress admin, under the Layout tab, copy the value you have for the Mobile Width setting and paste it into the Tablet Width field. If these 2 values are the same, then Page Builder wont use the tablet width.

    Hi Greg,

Yes the website address URL is http://www.led-eco-lightingltd.co.uk.

I'll try and have a lok at altering the width too as you've advised.

Yeah, that does look like a the tablet break point coming in there. The steps I gave you will disable this.

I've just done the steps you gave me and that has pretty much solved it,
nearly all the link buttons are back in their original places. The only exception to this is the home page where they are still out of position. Do you know why this would be Greg?

    Thanks for the help.

Think I've just sorted it. I changed the layout in the row from 'full width' to 'full width stretched'. It all looks good again now…. I'm happy with that. Thanks for your help Greg. I really appreciate it, thank you.
