Unstable Changes in Contact Form Widget

Hi dear SiteOrigin
I used “contact form widget” with “checkboxs” in an Questionnaire Page on my site.
when i designed this page, checkbox’s “options” were under the “label”.
It makes up less space needed.
but after update siteorigin plugins, Questionnaire page Structure has been messed up and checkbox’s “options” to be invisible
Because in new update checkbox’s “options” were Front side the “label”!
It makes up More space needed and I had to allocate more space to “contact form”
However when page visit whit mobile or tablet, This problem remains.
my suggestion using the previous method: (checkbox’s “options” were under the “label”)
