Unable to update page

Hello, I was working on putting together my website using Page Builder when it stopped working all of a sudden. When I attempt to update my page, I get a 403 error.

I tried searching for a solution, but was unable to find anything that has worked so far.

I am able to create new pages. I can also create empty rows in Page Builder, but when I add most widgets and try to save, I receive the 403 error. Plain Text and the Site Origin Editor widgets do not seem to cause the error.

Weird that everything was working just fine when it started happening. The last thing I remember was attempting to add a texture image to a row’s background. I have since removed the image, but the error still persists.

Any help please? I’m happy to provide more info.

Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vince

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hi Greg,

I’m not sure if you guys had taken a look or changed anything, but it seems that everything is working normally now. Maybe there was an issue with my host?

Anyway, I appreciate your efforts. Thank you for looking into my issue.
