Unable to save changes in “Customize”

I go to Dashboard > Customize and make changes in Fonts, Menu, Page, etc.
As I’m making my selections, I see that the changes are happening in real time.
I click on “Save & Publish”. So far so good.
When I “X” out, the changes are reverted and I’m back to default settings.
Please advise. Thanks.

    Hi Chad

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
