Unable to retrieve licence key details or request them online

Hi

Can someone please get in touch so that I can obtain my premium upgrade please? I did have it but need to move it from my test site to another site. Problem is, its not accepting my licence key and when i request it via your website it says it has sent the details to me but i haven’t received any emails to my inbox or spam box.
