Unable to Install Influence Plus

Hello,
I keep getting an error when I attempt to upgrade influence to influence plus.

Installing Theme from uploaded file: plus-influence.1.0.1(1).zip

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.”

Is there a workaround for this problem?

    Influence Plus is a plugin, please install from Plugins > Add New: Upload Plugin.
