Unable to Add Rows in PageBuilder

I am unable to add Rows using PageBuilder (version 2.2) and Moesia Pro from AThemes. I currently have WordPress Version 4.3.1 installed. This is for the Front Page (Home). The window will pop up, and I will adjust the Set Row Layout, etc. …. I click “Insert” and NOTHING HAPPENS. I have tried to Insert New Rows using Firefox, IE, Chrome, and even Opera. Nothing is happening. It’s driving me insane.

    This is very frustrating. I restarted my machine and it still does not work. What is going on?

    Hi Ammie-Marie

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    To troubleshoot the problem try this:

    1. De-activate all plugins not made by SiteOrigin. Re-test.
    2. If the issue is resolved, slowly re-activate your plugins, test the problem after each activation.
    3. If the issue didn’t resolve, switch to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and re-test.

    The above should let you know where the problem is originating.

    disable any other page builder software.
    I was trying out Unyson and that was conflicting with PageBuilder.
