Unable to access theme settings

I recently downloaded and installed the Vantage theme and upgraded to the pro version. I am not able to access the theme settings page. I am redirected to what should be the settings page but all I see is a blank page. I’ve tried logging out and back into my site but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Rick

    Thanks for upgrading.

Please try temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins, if the issue then resolves please re-activate your plugins one by one while checking theme settings can save and are accessible.

If the above doesn’t resolve this please try manually re-installing. You can find the download link for your ZIP file in your order confirmation email. Instructions for manually re-installing can be found here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

    Hi Andrew,

I deactivated all of my plugins and received the following error when attempting to access the theme settings

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home4/signboss/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/extras/settings/settings.php on line 109

I discovered that if I activated slideshow gallery the error is no longer displayed but I still receive the error I posted above. I tried reloading manually but to no avail.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’m running wordpress version

It sounds like you might be running an older version of WordPress, perhaps 3.4. Please upgrade and the problem should be resolved.
