Two or three sets of recent posts on front page?

Hi there

I’m using the BLDR theme, which uses SiteOrigin page builder, and it makes things much easier!

For my layout, I’d like the page to proceed as follows:

Hero image
4 blog posts with author/date
Call to action
4 blog posts with author/date

Can anyone advise a good way to show these multiple groups of posts?
Thanks!
Cori

Oh – to be clear – I’ve tried inserting two Post Loop widgets in the page, but there’s no way to offset posts in the second widget (so the page ends up displaying the same posts in both post loops). I hope I’m missing something! :)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Blitz Girl

You won’t be able to carry on from where the first loop left off. What you can do though is use the Query Builder button in the Post Loop widget and select specific categories for each widget to display.

    Edit the Post Loop widget.
    Click Build posts query.
In the Taxonomies field start typing a category name to search for it.
