Trip advisor widget code in Layout Builder widget in footer (Vantage theme)

Hi there

I have added the Layout Builder widget in my footer and I am using the TinyMCE Visual Editor plugin widget within the Layout Builder to create the footer layout.

However, when I try to put the below Trip Advisor widget code into the Visual Editor within the Layout Builder widget in the footer it breaks. When I try to save the Layout Builder widget in the footer, it doesn’t save properly, then when I refresh all the elements I have added into the Layout Builder disappear.

The code works fine in the TinyMCE plugin widget on the main Page Builder, it just breaks when the tinyMCE widget is within the Layout Builder widget. I’m not sure if it’s a Layout Builder bug or TinyMCE bug. Any help would be much appreciated.

Code:

<div id="TA_cdsratingsonlynarrow400" class="TA_cdsratingsonlynarrow">
<ul id="HuGTntslnW" class="TA_links wKPKXxzx">
<li id="LyBJadIABN" class="km3tcBUL">
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/"><img src="http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/img/cdsi/img2/branding/tripadvisor_logo_transp_340x80-18034-2.png" alt="TripAdvisor"/></a>
</li>
</ul>
</div>
<script src="http://www.jscache.com/wejs?wtype=cdsratingsonlynarrow&uniq=400&locationId=313985&lang=en_UK&border=true&display_version=2"></script>

Thanks

    Hi David

    Just letting you know that I’ve fixed this in our development version. The 2.0.6 update should be coming this weekend.

    Did it actually fix the problem? When trying to add a TripAdvisor widget, all it shows is their “eye” logo, nothing else :(

      Hi Platschi

      Yeah, this issue is now fixed in the latest version of Page Builder. I just tested it. It’s possible that you’re experiencing an unrelated issue. For example a theme or plugin conflict. If you start a new thread, we’ll be able to help you there.
