Hi,

I am using Premium Vantage theme in my website TravelLodge.us. If you want I can share my membership details. I am trying to use Iframe in page–>Widget–>Text, but output height is not responsive.

I tried giving Height 100% in Iframe code, but still problem exist.

could you please suggest me how to enable responsive iframe in my wordpress page with auto size functionality.

Thanks & Best regards.

Venu

    Hi there

I have just looked at your site and could not quite get what your describing there :(

What is the end result that you want to achieve there? Would you mind elaborating on this?

Looking forward to hearing from you

    Hi Venu

Although there are ways to set the height of your iframe dynamically using jQuery only the iframe itself would be responsive and not the contents, much as it is doing now, except you would not have the vertical scrollbar on the iframe.

The site contained in your iframe is not responsive as it is using absolute sizes in it’s CSS, so unfortunately nothing you do will make that content responsive without a lot of custom CSS targeting the iframe content.

You can do this using your browsers developer tools, accessible by pressing “F12” in Windows or “Cmd” ⌘, “Option” ⌥ and “I” on the Mac, or by right clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect Element”. Then work out your required changes and add them to Appearance->Custom CSS.

If you want to dynamically alter the height of the iframe there are some good suggestions here

Hope this information helps you get a bit closer to how you want your site to behave.

Let us know how you get on
