Hey,
since I really liked the “Vantage” theme, and my website is in hebrew
I’ve decided to translate it manually, so I’ve changed all of the English strings that are visible on the website (since I can handle with an English panel) and I couldn’t figure how to fix the footer string that says
“A SiteOrgin Theme” so I’ve translated the sentence to hebrew & written it in Hebrew, and then I’ve tried to remove the original string, and I didn’t succeed. Please help! ASAP
Thanks, Have a good day!
Hi iNadav
The way we’ve resolved this in the past is make your copy right text the last widget added under Appearance > Widgets: Footer and then use Custom CSS to drop that last widget down to where the copy right text is. That was with Vantage Premium though. If you’d like to check that offering out you can do so from Appearance > Vantage Premium. If you’d like to dive into the footer code yourself it can be found at /wp-content/themes/vantage/parts/footer.php
