translate to Brazilian Portuguese

Hello, I am using the free version of the theme, and would like to translate it to Brazilian Portuguese, I’ve found the vantage.pot file but can not get the theme to recognize the translation. Got any suggestions for me?

    All references to Portal would need to change to Vantage.
