Top Navigation Font wont change from blue and purple

Not sure whats going on. I am able to edit the font color through the theme settings and it reflects the font color but once the page reloads it reverts the old colors of blue and purple.

I have used HTML in the Menu to color each menu item, but the color is placed over the blue or purple.
