Title and sub heading empty space, and Responsive menu text field

The line spacing between header and subtitle is too big on mobile. I would like less line space between title and sub heading. Also, my menu bar on mobile device doesn’t appear responsive. My four menu items are scattered and look disorganized. Will responsive menu text field in “Premium settings” tab improve/adjust this for mobile? Or does this have anything to do with it? The field is currently empty. I’m a rookie to Word Press.
Any suggestions? Thank you-
